The COVID-19 Pandemic and ‘Emerging & Developing Economies’

چکیده
COVID-19の影響は時とともに，先進経済から新興・発展途上経済へ，新興中所得経済から低所得経済に移行する。財政力のある先進経済はワクチン接種を進め，経済の回復とデジタル化を進めている。対照的に，財政力に制約のある新興・発展途上経済では，人々の多くがワクチン接種から排除されており，感染症と経済回復でいっそう困難な状況に置かれている。CPVID-19を契機に米中間の対立が覇権争いに転じ，かついっそう深まる現在，もっとも重要なことは，財政支援と公平なワクチン接種のための国際協力である。それは先進経済のためにも求められる政策である。
